This travel trailer can sleep ten people each night, comfortably 6, so invite the cousins for whole-family fun! The kids are sure to love the double-size bunks, and mom and dad will have their own private bedroom up front with a king bed and a sliding door. Mans best friend even has a place under the foot of the mater bed! Within the large slide out you'll find the XL booth style table that can easily convert to a bed that sleeps two, plus the theater seating can convert to a bed to sleep 2. Whip up dinner in a flash on the glass top range or use the exterior camp kitchen. The full bath includes its own exterior entrance door for convenience, and there is a power awning with LED lights for the perfect outdoor living space! What's included I will provide bed linens, blankets and 6 bath towels and rags, as well as dishes and utensils. All you need to bring is your personal items and the food! I will wash all linens after each booking. We will provide one tank of propane. Recommendations *Settled deep in the heart of East Texas there are some great places to visit! Canton is home of the worlds largest Flea Market! Take a stroll through and gather as many treasures as possible. *Splash Kingdom water park is sure to help you beat the Texas summer Heat. *Activities, games, events, and more... however you define 'fun,' it's happening at Silver Spur Resort! Drop a line in the fishing pond, take a cruise in a pedal boat, and so, so much more. They are always adding on at the Silver Spur! Memories are made by the water... Jump in and cool off in the Texas sized pool! [URL removed] *Mill Creek Resort in Canton has several amenities catch and release fishing, swimming pools, paddle boats, disc golf, Playgrounds shaded Treehouses and so much more. [URL removed] *You’ll find plenty to do at Purtis Creek State Park. You can boat, fish, hike and bike, camp, geocache and and enjoy a picnic. [URL removed] *Rocky Ridge drive thru Safari * Texas fresh water fish hatchery * Nothing screams summer more than spending time on the water, Cedar Creek Lake is a great spot to make that happen. Other things to note Do NOT smoke inside the camper. No smoking of any kind! Deposit will be forfeited. All used towels and wash rags need to be put in the bathtub for cleaning. All bedding needs to stay on their own beds so we can remove them for cleaning. No need to make up the beds! No dogs on furniture… (unless it’s tiny lapdog) Dogs only with deposit No cats Please clean up your mess as best as you can. We do all the deep cleaning. Take out all trash and dump it at the parks dump stations. If mess is not cleaned deposit will be forfeited. If inclement weather is expected please make sure the awning is closed to prevent damage.

  The hosts were great! We rented the camper for our 3 adult children and their partners during a visit. They delivered it to our driveway and set everything up. We didn't have to think about it the entire visit. It was clean and comfortable and our kids definitely appreciated not having to sleep on sofas or blow-up mattresses. This worked out so well we will be doing it again when the kids return at the holidays.

  We had a wonderful stay in Marcie's travel trailer. Marcie and her husband were very friendly and helpful hosts. The trailer was clean, modern, and fully stocked; all we needed to bring was food and toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

  We had a blast at Lake Tawakoni State Park thanks to Marcie and her RV. Everything you could need was right there, just pack some clothes and grab some groceries on the way in. The camper was the perfect size for a family of four and a doodle. We enjoyed fishing, biking, exploring the trails, and relaxing under the awning. Marcie and her family were great to work with.   Jason and Marcie are excellent hosts! They quickly responded to all questions and concerns. Both hosts meet us at the campsite. Jason quickly set up the camper and provided a quick "camper" tutorial. Their camper is in great condition and is as described in their profile. If you are in their area and need a camper, I would highly recommend Jason and Marcie! Thanks for a wonderful trip!
