This brand new travel trailer is for delivery only. The delivery charge will be charged per mile based on the distance from me to the drop off location of your choice. No towing on your end for your convenience. This camp trailer sleeps up to 5, has a bathroom, kitchen area, microwave, stove top burners, outdoor 2 burner grill with propane tank. The generator rental if needed includes unlimited use and 1 full 3 gallon tank of gas. You will need the generator to run the AC/Heat if you are not staying at a site that has electric hookups. The generator will also charge the trailer batteries fast and provide extra power if needed. Any additional gas or propane needed after first tank will be responsibility of renter to purchase and fill. What's included Camp trailer includes fresh linens, fully stock kitchen supplies, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, camping chairs, outdoor 2 burner propane grill, ice chest, solar panels to recharge trailer batteries. Recommendations Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Kolob reservoir, Quail lake, and Sand Hollow Reservoir and more are all close by and the delivery charge will be affordable. Other things to note No smoking, vaping or drug use inside trailer, or security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning. Strip linens off beds and place any used towels in tub. Please fold up camp chairs and tables, and makes sure awning is retracted completely. No pets inside trailer, or security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning. Add-On items are provided to ensure you enjoy your trip. Add-ons are used at the renter’s risk. Damage to add-ons will be assessed from the Security Deposit. To avoid an excessive dirty fee of 150.00 the rig must be cleaned out at the end of your trip - garbage and food out, dishes washed, floor swept. Loss of keys will result in $25 fine. No awning use during inclement weather. Damage to the awning is the renters responsibility.
