The front basement has a gas fire pit, outdoor flat top grill, outdoor rug, and other fun gadgets(s'mores poles, outdoor lights to hang, picnic table cover)as well to enjoy. The inside has a private queen bed, 2 bunkbeds that are full size and can sleep two small kids or one big kid. :) These 2 beds are private as well. The tabletop can convert in to a single sleeper bed. All of the beds are made with sets and a blanket. We have extra blankets, and an extra sheet set for the table that converts into a bed. The recliners are very comfy and offer a sleeping space as well. The bathroom has towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Under the bathroom sink is a first-aid kit. Under the queen bed you will find beach towels, Air Fryer, and some lady products. The two recliner chairs give a chance to really relax as they have a heating and massage option with two settings. This luxury trailer is loaded with playing cards, outside games, and travel game sets. Or a drawer full of movies for a night of just relaxing. The outdoor kitchen offers space to cook or grab quick snacks. It has plenty of space to whip up a small meal or stock the small refrigerator with grab and go sandwiches/snacks. Lastly, a hidden gem. The kitchen table has a bench under the window that can either come out to be used at the end of the table. Or pull the table out further in the floor space for more seating under the window. :)

Wonderful rental in every way - so many extras provided. Thank you Kelly for making our RV experience such a great one. We look forward to renting from you again in the future!

Kelly and her husband were the best host we have had since renting Rvs and Campers. They were the most accommodating, clean, and professional we have delt with. Unlike other rentals in the past everything worked and was up to par with sone extras that they didn't have to do for us.

Our experience couldn’t have been better. Clean, spacious and the beds are surprisingly very comfortable. We’d definitely rent this RV again.

You literally just need to bring your clothes, food, and drinks. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is the best…
