Large Front Living Family Camper

About this RV

I do a lot of personal bookings and also on other sites so book your trip soon. I want you to enjoy your stay without paying unnecessary fees and prices. I try to price at lower nightly costs so everyone can enjoy camping. I DO NOT deliver to Virginia International Raceway at this time or to Motorsport parkways currently due to past experiences being the reason. I apologize. We prefer to only rent to renters at campgrounds. Beautiful & Spacious 2019 Montana High Country 375FL by Keystone! Sleeps 6 w/ a king size bed in the bedroom, 2 pull out couches that convert into full size beds and 2 recliners in the front living area. 4 Slides provide plenty of room that’s perfect for Family & Friends! You will first notice the unique dual entry, one main curbside, the other along the roadside. A front living space with ample seating, 50” HD LED TV in the front and a 32” TV in the back. Camper is set up for your portable satellite if you have one to bring. Relax with panoramic windows, a residential ceiling fan, 2 AC units, large kitchen and dining area with a residential refrigerator all make this a fifth wheel you will want to make memories in. The utensils are not supplied. We have a few pots and pans available for you to use. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 restrictions and us having small kids, we cannot supply bedding, pillows or towels. Please bring your own King size sheet sets, full size sheets and comforters for the pullout beds, pillows, bath towels, washcloths, etc. If you need something not listed please ask me and I’ll see if I have it for you. Campground reservations and making sure the site will accommodate the size of the camper with at least a 45 foot site and electrical amp requirements of 30/50 amps are the responsibility of the renter. Delivery and pickup by me, the owner, is a requirement. The delivery fee includes round trip, setting up the camper and the take down of the camper. Two of the slide outs are on the front and 2 slides are on the back so please make sure the site have enough space to accommodate the slides. The 19 foot awning is a very nice addition to the camper which makes sitting outside very nice. I do have camping chairs available. IMPORTANT: If you have a pet you would like to bring, please, ask first. Only certain small, non shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted. ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER ANIMALS. NO SMOKING in camper and please keep the doors to the camper closed if smoking outside of the camper.

We had the unit brought to the camp site, he had it setup and ready to go. It was a short weekend for us, but he was accommodating. The camper has everything you need and is very impressive. It’s like staying in a Luxury apartment, lots of compliments at the campground. It was really nice to not have to deal with the typical tiny camper refrigerator.
