Set up takes mere minutes and couldn't be easier, no need to be intimidated if you haven't ever set up an A Frame Camper. Perfect trailer for those who have limited or no experience with Towing. And if you aren't up for towing or don't have the means to tow I do offer delivery. Trailer requires a 2" Ball and has a 7 Pin Connector. Tow vehicle must be equipped with trailer brake controller and 7 pin connector in order to tow. I offer a wireless trailer brake controller if your vehicle is equipped with a 7 pin connector. Great if you plan at camping at one of the many NYS Campgrounds. Equipped with air conditioning and heat, the camper ensures a comfortable interior temperature regardless of the weather conditions. The 3-burner propane stove and kitchen sink allow you to prepare meals conveniently. The 3-way refrigerator provides ample storage space for perishable food items. For outdoor cooking, the camper includes an outdoor BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying delicious meals under the open sky. The radio allows you to tune in to your favorite stations and enjoy music while camping. With 2 20-gallon propane tanks, you'll have an adequate supply for your camping needs. The outdoor shower provides a refreshing way to clean up after outdoor activities. Sleeping accommodations in the camper consist of a queen-sized bed, providing a comfortable rest after a day of outdoor exploration. The dinette conversion table offers a versatile space for dining or relaxation. Weighing in at 2300 lbs, this camper is lightweight and can be easily towed by most small SUVs or similar vehicles, making it convenient to transport and set up at your desired camping location. Other things to note Here are the guidelines and policies regarding the use of our RV: 1. Safety First: Please ensure that you follow all traffic laws and avoid any activities that could cause harm to yourself or others. Climbing on the roof of the RV is strictly prohibited. 2. No Smoking: We have a strict no smoking policy in place. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the rental, a cleaning and disinfection fee of up to $750 will be charged to properly address the issue. 3. Pick-up and Return Times: If you need to adjust the pick-up or return time from your scheduled reservation, additional fees will be applied if the requested time is available. 4. Septic Disposal: For renters towing or driving an RV, it is your responsibility to empty the septic before returning the vehicle. 5. Cleanliness: We kindly request that you return the RV in a clean condition after your trip. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. 7. Renter Requirements: Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license. 8. Insurance Coverage: Please note that the protection package purchased with your rental reservation is considered an excess policy. In the event of a claim, it is necessary to file with your primary auto insurance carrier first. If your carrier denies the claim, the Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter will then become the primary coverage. 9. Insurance Purchase: Renters are required to purchase an insurance coverage option when making their reservation. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable rental experience.
