About this RV

Little Rose has all the charm and amenities to keep you cozy on your adventures into the mountains, along the coastline or cross country. Little Rose has been beautifully remodeled to adventure anywhere! Whether you are a climber, hiker, surfer, camper enthusiast you will bring a little home with you wherever you land for the night. This Van is extra stocked with everything you could ever need. Please read below in the "What's Included" section for more detail. Here are all the beautiful details about Little Rose: - Kitchen sink with 22 gal water tank - 5 gallon grey waste water tank for the sink - Solarized power for powering the fridge, lights, and recharging any devices - Changing LED cabin lights with a control panel - Heated outdoor shower - Queen size bed (seriously made for 6'4" person) pulls out when sleeping, folds in as couch when you want to use the cabin benches for working or visiting. - All bedding/pillows to make you comfy - Portable butane stove included - Emergency toilet upon request - All cooking supplies - Does not include a space heater. The solar cannot handle a space heater, only if you are plugged into shore power. (more in-depth details of all things included below) *Van is available for some festivals and other more rugged areas. Keep in mind there will be a much greater cleaning fee and deposit for certain festivals and sandy/dirty areas as the van will need a thorough cleaning inside and out (including part of the engine). This must be discussed prior to departure or will incur a large fee upon return. Take a full van tour here: https://youtu.be/8ZtH7-ChoRY See what's included when you rent Little Rose and how to use all of the amenities and systems. Good TO Knows: • I'm 11.5' Feet tall (don't go through drive-thrus for food or coffee, park and go inside) • The gas tank is on the driver's side in a secret cubby after you open the door. • I take Diesel - DO NOT Fill With GAS. This will be very expensive for you to fix! • Turn off all lights before leaving van - I run on solar! • Remember to unplug gadgets at night before sleeping (I don’t produce power at night, this will cause the frig to shut off if the power gets too low) • Try to charge all gadgets/laptops/phones will driving. • No shoes in the van. Bring a great pair of slipper or flops. • Beware of tipping while driving. Taking windy roads at or above the speed limit will cause me to tip over. Grandma/Grandpa driving is encouraged! • Remember to keep the butane stove in the unlocked position when you are not using it. Leaks can cause carbon dioxide to accumulate in the cabin and can be fatal. • Put away all things on the counter before driving. • Remember to check the grey water container several times on you journey and empty when needed (Every 5 Gallons). This must never go beyond the max fill line or the water will leak into the cabin when disconnected for removal. • Close and turn off ceiling fan before driving. • Warm showers can be taken on the Other side of the door, not near the back of the van! Only on the side of the van. (Water in the back of the van may lead to a lot of electrical damage!) • Never leave the keys with someone other than previously arranged. Almost always it will be the owner: Nadia • Never let a friend or someone not approved drive the vehicle. You are responsible for all damages that person incurs while driving. • The van is connected to a tracking app that monitors the van whereabouts at all times. What TO Expect When YOU Pickup THE VAN: • If timing works I will do a ride along with you to get you comfortable with driving. • I have created several documents that you must read! Upon Return, Good to Know, & Damages! • Driver's license pictures and insurance must be provided before I can hand over keys. • I have created little videos to help with questions you may have along the way, here is a link to a video library: • Dropoff and Pickup location should be the same but can vary from time to time. All pickups and dropoffs must be confirmed at least one week in advance. • Dropoff and pickup times are negotiable depending on if the van is being rented the day before pickup or the day after (just like a hotel (: ) This is a rear wheel drive turbo dually - which means she can really drive anywhere but does not have all weather tires. Upon Return: • Diesel Gas tank must be full (unless noted by owner) • Clean dishes/sink ○ Note: make sure grey water isn't too full, dishes can also be done a camp site sinks if they provide washing sinks • Empty grey water container under the sink ○ Note: this may need to be done several times during your adventure (please check several times, the fresh water tank is 22 gals, the grey water waste is 5 gals) • Cleanout refrigerator ○ Note: please throw away everything from frig. • Take off sheets, pillow cases and any dirty towels and put in the bag provided in the drawer under the frig • Take out any garbage (a good place to throw away garbage is during re-fueling at the gas station) • Double check all clothing and personal items are removed from shelving, bench cabinets, and the rear storage • All of my charging chords are marked with a tag ○ Note: any of these chords can be taken but you will be charged an additional fee to replace *** Leave the lockbox on the outside of the back of the van where you found it with the lock numbers scrambled! make sure to double check it's locked!! What's included * All kitchen everything: pot, pan, cooking utensils, portable butane stove, silverware, cooking oil, seasonings, salt and pepper grinders, small coffee maker, tupperware, wine opener, empty mason jar containers, cups, plates, bowls, long lighter, scissors, some condiments, sugar packets, french press, grater, tongs, knives, mixing bowls, tea, coffee, popcorn, kettle * All bedding: 4 pillows, double foam queen mattress, sheets, blankets, extra blankets (Bed when fully extended is 75" in length, great for the tall folks, feet can also dangle off the edge if taller than 6'3") * Entertainment: volleyball, nerf football, small air pump, slackline * Bungee chords and tie downs * Water tank partially filled * Electric candles * Wireless bluetooth speaker * Flashlight * Charging chords for many device types * Fully solar for charging devices and running refrigerator * Dish cleaning supplies * Outdoor heated shower with propane tank * Table inside that can be put away when not in use * Outdoor table * Tool set for minor repairs * Paper towels * Kitchen towels for drying hands/dishes * Curtains for privacy * Kettle * Coffee Maker * Roof rack with surfboard/snowboard rack * Roof Deck for star gazing * Several USB and plug outlets * Two bath towels Recommendations EXTRA FEES: Don't happen often but you can expect a charge for any of the following: • Excess dirt/mud/pet hair or staining of material on interior that requires a deep cleaning: $200-$1000 • Excess dirt/mud/stains/scratches on exterior that requires extra special washing: $200-$1000 • Damage to interior wood working: $100-$1000 • Damage of solar equipment: $100-$2000 • Damage of electrical systems: $100-$3000 • Accidental fill up of gas instead of DIESEL:$500-$3000 • Use of Emergency toilet without full empty and thorough cleaning upon return: $500 • Returning less than full diesel tank will result in +$2(price of current diesel)/gal

Nadia was a great host and the RV came with everything as shown on the listing.

  • John E. · 5/5 · Aug 2024 · Outdoorsy

A wonderful trip with a van that had all you needed. Comfortable bed. The battery power was very good. Mileage per gallon about 15 which we thought was very good. We did use cruise control.

The van runs great and rides smooth, but we weren't sure if the owner was even aware of its condition. A drawer needed to be taped shut to avoid flying out, dishes and kitchen items were left unwashed, leftover goods from guests past were left on the shelves (clearly for many months), and we feel overall cleanliness was lacking. Absentee ownership may work for some, but not this time.
