  The process of renting the RV through Outdoorsy was easy, and we appreciated the communication by Outdoorsy leading up to the trip, providing updates and helpful tips. However, the RV had serious safety issues, and we had to return it two hours after we picked it up. It seemed insult added to injury that we were charged for one day insurance for this experience, which - without exaggeration - put our lives at risk.…

  We are considering buying a sprinter van and wanted to "try out" by renting. We traveled to Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and back to Wisconsin in one week. We spent 2 nights at a travel center (truck stop), 2 nights at a campground, 3 nights in a hotel. Ryan provided great communication along the way. The van provided us a great experience.
