Welcome to our brand new 2023 Jayco RV! It is ready to be dropped off and set up at your next camping trip, tailgating event, music festival, hunting trip or anywhere inbetween. Our camper is fully equipped to make your next trip one to remember! Sleeps up to 8 between the queen bed, double bunks, and dinette. With room for air mattress or multiple pack'n plays for additional sleepers. Plenty of storage and a pass through compartment accessible from the exterior. Beds are prepped with sheets, please reach out if additional bedding is needed. What's included Although we understand you will most likely bring your own comforts during your stay, we will provide the following: Sheets on all 3 mattresses 3" Memory moam topper on queen bed Keurig Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee/Tea Brewer Kitchen Utensils Reusable cups, bowls, plates, silverware Measuring cups/spoons Toaster Large pot 2 frying pans Sauce pan Cutting boards Chef Knife Hand and Dish soap RV Toilet Paper Cleaning Supplies (*Excessive* cleaning fee will be applied if you choose not to clean after your trip) Indoor/Outdoor Multizone Stereo compativle with Bluetooth, USB, FM/AM Outdoor Awning Outdoor griddle Outdoor shower Recommendations DELIVERY ONLY (This reduces liability and risk of damage to our RV). If it is beyond 100 miles, just ask, we are willing to make exceptions in certain scenarios. Other things to note NO SMOKING! Dogs welcome, but will be charged an additional fee for cleaning. Please either keep dogs off the furniture or put down a blanket to prevent damage. Charges will be made if there is any damage during your stay. We love this RV and love sharing it with others! Please take care of it so we can keep sharing our love for RVing with more people. Renters will have the chance to sign off on a pre-travel damage inspection and item inventory list to protect both parties. CLEANING- $155 We do provide cleaning supplies for you to clean up after your stay. However, cleaning is not required and you have the option to leave the camper without cleaning up after your stay. A fee will be charged to cover the cleaning cost if you choose not to clean. EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE- $250 This would apply only if professional cleaning is required.

  Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Spacious, clean, comfortable, brand new. Kellen was great to work with. He delivered it and picked it up right on time, and got it perfectly level on an extreme grade at the camp site we’d reserved. Highly recommend.

  Hosts were awesome. Dropped off, set up the trailer, and came to pick it up when the trip was done. Great communication throughout and very accomodating. Really appreciate the service and nice trailer!
