Full U shaped dinette that folds into a full size bed along with a sofa sleeper. Kitchen has large fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven and microwave. Use cleaning spray for kitchen countertops, stove, microwave, fridge, shower, toilet, etc. Empty all garbage. NO SMOKING. A Fee of $250 will be applied if this happens. If using AWNING, RENTER TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any costs due to damage (which can be up to $5000). If there is any wind, storms or you are leaving the camper, the AWNING MUST BE TAKEN IN.
