21 foot 2023 Coleman LTB. Lightweight single axle for the convenience of a first time user or a seasoned camping vet. Sleeps 5 to include one queen, twin bunks, and a convertible dinette. This simple set up and comfortable camper has an A/C unit for the warm days and an electric fireplace to kick the chill on a cool night. Electric awning to keep your entry dry from the rain or shaded from the sun. Dogs and festivals are welcome, please no smoking and take care of the camper as if it were your own. If you're looking for the ease of camping but the comfort of camper, this is your rig. Very straight forward use and an easy lightweight tow. What's included With this camper you'll have fresh linens to include bedding (fitted sheets and 3 extra throw blankets), towels, toiletries, a full tank of fresh water, full propane tank, and kitchenware. Recommendations I would recommend giving yourself 30-45 minutes calculated into your trip for pickup and drop off. HIGHLY recommend dumping the gray and black water (if used) before leaving the camp grounds and long drives. Other things to note I ask no smoking inside of the camper. Pets and festivals are welcome. Please clean up after yourselves and treat the camper as if it were your own.,
