First of all, we always enjoy our trip and prefer a rustic camp experience but this rental made us aware to be more selective. Please make sure you examine the trailer very carefully before renting. Here are some of the issues we experienced during our 4 day rental. Arrangements were made for picking up the trailer that were not followed through with causing some frustration and delay. No anti-sway bar and we experienced fishtailing while towing which can be very scary. There was leaking from the wall in the bathroom during a rain shower. The battery died on day 3 after no usage causing us to delay checking out because we couldn't get the awning closed, thank goodness for a great camp host. The door latch and lock is bad and the door flung open while we were driving and it was locked closed, thankfully this was upon our return and the trailer had been unloaded. This trailer needs some TLC.

Antonio and his wife were extremely kind and very good with communication. Although I had an issue with electrical power (my fault though) Antonio was very helpful in explaining to me how to reset the breaker. The trailer was everything we expected, and we hope to use it again.

We have rented several trailers and this was probably our worst experience. When we picked up the trailer Antonio said the connection from the propane tank to the trailer was leaking and the part would not arrive for 4 days. This meant: no working fridge, stove, and no hot water. My husband spent the whole first day of our trip running around trying to find this part at local RV stores. After finally finding the part, we replaced it only to have a completely empty propane tank. We had to give our 1 year old baby cold showers. We asked Antonio to compensate us for this issue and he refunded us 1 out of 3 nights. Another thing - originally when we discussed drop-off time for the trailer for departure, Antonio was very flexible with times. Then, because we had complained to him about the poor experience we’ve had, all of a sudden he was very rude and firm on the drop off time of 9am, when we had originally mentioned 12-1pm. This bothered me that he punished us for bringing our complaints to him. All in all, would not recommend. I understand that things on trailers break, but when you list a trailer with a working fridge, stove, and hot water and don’t deliver those things, it’s a major issue.
