This is our Family Travel Trailer used to enjoy the camping life! We love to share the Outdoorsy camping experience with other Families. Our Family has made so many great memories and know you will too! Excellent floor plan with double entry doors, private rear bathroom, Smart TV, Bluetooth Radio, exterior speakers, cozy Master with new upgraded 8”Queen mattress and 2" topper pad, 17' electric awning, double slides at Kitchen and dinette. Enjoy the large U-shaped dinette that makes into a comfy bed for at least one large adult. 2 large rear bunks for the kids, lower bunk will sleep an adult. Our Heartland is super clean and in great condition. It is available for pick up (1/2 ton towable for experienced drivers). Or, let us deliver it to your favorite campground and pick up the RV for you. Leave the setup to us. Arrive with your personal belongings and enjoy your time! What's included Trailer stocked with the cooking essentials, propane, basic seasonings, large outdoor camping mat, toaster, single cup Keurig coffee maker, 1st Aid Kit, 1 paper towel roll and 5 rolls of RV flushable toilet paper. Plates, utensils, plastic cups and mugs for 6. We also have some games for Family game night! Bring your own bath towels, linens, blankets, pillows, personal items/toiletries items and relax.! If something isn’t listed, and you would like to know if it might be included, please ask us! Recommendations Enjoy the local Ca. Ocean, biking, motorsports, Lakes or mountains! Lake Tahoe is also a Great destination! Whether you tow or we deliver the RV to your favorite local camping destination adventure within a 300 mile radius, our Heartland is an excellent choice. The double opposing slides make it perfect for your family or a spacious couples retreat. Other things to note We take keeping our RV clean seriously. Please treat it as your own. NO SMOKING of any kind. Please no cooking offensive items inside. A $300 Scrub Fee will be deducted from deposit for these types of occurrences. We offer a $50 Add On for us to dump Black and gray tanks for you. Waste tanks must be dumped prior to return, or $200 Dump Fee. We welcome tail gates, weddings, and most all events. NO BURNING MAN. Let us deliver to your home for your extra guests and Family staying with you!

The experience was great. By the time I arrived everything was set up. Trailer was very clean and had all the amenities needed for me and my son's. I highly recommend using them for your next trip.
Daniel was a fantastic host, we will definitely use him again. We've always had our own RV but sold it this past winter. Decided to give it a try but went into the experience with hesitation. Thankful our first experience renting an RV was exceptional. The RV was as advertised, CLEAN, Daniel answered all our questions, went out of his way to accommodate our needs including delivering the RV early and working directly with the location office to have set up at our spot.
