For a first time RV user this was the perfect vehicle to rent. The amenities were excellent. The drivability and comfort was excellent. It handled very well around the sharpest steepest turns on the Pacific Coast Highway one North. Communication challenges happen because you are not always within cell phone access and part of the communication where Russell would say YouTube is a great resource isn’t really a great resource when you don’t have Internet access but other than that being a first time user I was certainly at fault for communication needs that I had when the information was actually in the owners manual and in the paperwork provided and resulted because I was a first time RV, not familiar with the process. Russell was very helpful at various times in the trip and when I wanted to extend for a few days to continue the trip, he did everything that he could to make that process smooth. However, it was not smooth because of the RV share app. I figured out the problem and once that was identified, the extension was granted. RV share customer service was very helpful and rectifying the situation but again could not identify the fact that the minimum rental period needed to be lifted to extend for a couple of days. Was identified that we finally made the corrections. Russell was very gracious drop off was a little bit hectic when the owner was unavailable and I was unsure of what to do, but once I read through the process, I was able to complete the checkout with all parties, satisfied, I would definitely rent this vehicle again and if I consider purchasing an RV, my search would certainly start at this vehicle because it was absolutely perfect.
This was my first time renting an RV through RVezy. The process was easy and fast. Many RVs to choose from and I was able to find the one best suited for my trip. Owner responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. The RV was delivered and picked up at my home making it so easy to prepare for my trip and unload when returning home. Great experience.
We had a great experience renting from Rusty. It was stress free and we had a great trip. The RV was clean and ran well. Rusty responded very quickly when we had any questions. We are sure to rent from him again!
