This has been a must have for our family. These are the things we expect our renters to take care of when they return our RV. If you choose to rent our RV we want to make sure all of our renters know the rules and understand our expectations before you book with us. That way there is no misunderstandings for either parties involved. All the add on's I will be listing below are expectations and must be added as add ons in the beginning if you want us to do it for you. Otherwise you will be expected to do them. If they are not done like we have explained below then we will deduct any of these add on fees we feel necessary if they are not done as we have requested. If you do add them as add ons in the beginning we will gladly take care of these services for you and you will not need to worry about them. We do leave this as an optional incase you want to save some money and do these services for us. Some of our renters are capable and willing to do these services on their own and we wanted to give them that option but if they aren't done they will be charged anyway depending on the condition it comes back in. Here are the add on fee's and a description of them below and what is expected. ***ADD ONS That ARE Required AND Will BE Charged IF THE RV Comes Back Without Them Completed AND Done Right. - Black and grey tanks need to be emptied upon return and done right. If you do not know how to do this please add this add on in the beginning when you book the RV with us so we can do it for you otherwise it is a $75.00 fee if it's not done upon return. - The gas tank needs to be filled to what it was when you left (full) or a refuel fee of $6.00 per gallon will apply after your trip. It will depend how low it is but you will be charged a $6.00 fee per gallon to fill it up after you return the vehicle not full. As long as you fill it all the way up no fee will be charged afterwards. -We expect our renters to clean the vehicle inside after the trip is over and before returning the RV to us. (The preparation fee that is charged at the beginning of the booking doesn’t have anything to do with this return cleaning fee after you come back from your trip. If the RV is not cleaned after your trip a $250.00 post cleaning fee will be charged if it comes back dirty and not these rules not followed below. Here are the expectations we require so you don't get charged extra for this fee. If you'd rather us just do it for you please add this add on when you book the RV at the beginning. All dishes need to be cleaned, all garbages taken out, all surfaces wiped down, toilets cleaned, showers cleaned, floors swept and mopped and all dirt and grim need's to be wiped off and cleaned from any of the furniture. If you use the BBQ please clean this and put it away correctly for the next renter. This add on fee will be charged after the trip if all these rules are not followed or we have to do this for you. Please just clean it as if it's your own inside and do a thorough job so the next renter will be able to take it and go. As long as you do these requested items then we will not you for this fee. (The only things we don't except our renters to clean inside are the sheets and towels and. the outside of the vehicle. Please just place the towels and blankets on top of the master bed and we will take care of those for you. -We also expect our renters to return the unit within our stated time frames that we have outlined in our agreement or a late fee of $250.00 will apply no questions asked. Please just pay very close attention to these time frames because they are very important so our next renters can leave on time. Unless we have made special accommodations and they have been discussed in advance this fee will be charged if time frame is missed. That way we don't have any conflicts for our next renters and you don’t get charged any unnecessary extra fee's. - We also expect our renters to fill the propane tank to full after your trip. Otherwise a fee of 125.00 will be charged if we have to do it for you after your trip. So please just make sure to do this and most RV sites have this service. If you don't want to worry about it then just choose this add on in when you book it in the beginning and we will take care of it for you. What's included • Bedding for all beds is included (let us know how many after booked.)
