I rented the RV because it was suitable for my family and it was nice. The photos was taken a year ago that is on the page, and the RV did not look like the photos. There was a lot wear and tear’s. The seating was damage with wood sticking out, and looked like a dog was chewing on it and they tapped it with clear tape. Not safe being I have kids with me The couch was not attached, it was damaged as well, the refrigerator had rust on the shelving inside. The mattress had spots with no bedding and the mattress was to big/hanging off the bed. I had Paul to come back to discuss with him I wasn’t satisfied, he was rude, he cut me off while expressing my concerns. Very condescending he said he would pick the trailer up and refund me. Once I called RV share to get my money back he denied my request. He wasn’t professional his attitude was bad. I would not recommend anyone to rent from him. Very rude never apologized for the unsatisfied experience as a customer. He just made excuses and asked me am I expecting perfect, do not rent from him. Me and my family had to sleep with other people and in tents due to his false advertisement.
RV was picked late causing an extra campsite fee, he originally replied apologizing offering to credit then stopped responding
Paul was awesome, drop off was early and prompt and pickup was just easy. I would happily rent from Paul again. Thanks for letting us create more camping memories with my family in your trailer.
