My family took a round trip vacation from the Salt Lake area to the Tetons and Yellowstone National Park, with a stay in Gardiner, MT. We had an amazing trip with complete confidence throughout our journey thanks to Ryan's RV and his excellent communication with me as a first time RV renter. His pre-trip videos set exact expectations for our 6 family members. From operating procedures, well labeled driving tips and laminated reminders, to it's well stocked compartments for long road trips (we traveled 1200+ miles), this RV was the perfect fit for us. Very clean, comfortable, and smooth drive from beginning to end. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Thanks again Ryan and your family for sharing your RV with us!
This was our second trip in an RV, and I’m getting better at it. Ryan was great to work with, offering a lot of help throughout the entire process. The RV was clean and had everything we needed for our trip to Yellowstone. Unfortunately, I scratched the RV on the second day, but we had insurance, so the repair process went smoothly. We had 8 people in the RV, and there were 8 seatbelts, as advertised. We mostly slept well, although the two kitchen beds are only 5 feet long, which made them a bit short. However, we managed to get through the 8 days just fine. They provided enough sheets and blankets for all of us. We stayed for three nights at the Fishing Bridge, where the temperature barely reached 40°F, but we used beach towels to keep warm. The RV came with extra chargers, cables, chairs, tables, bear spray, mosquito spray, sunscreen, and even two hammocks. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The 32-foot RV was challenging to handle at times, but it had plenty of power, good tires, and reliable brakes. With extra caution, we managed the 1,300-mile journey, including the winding roads in the national park. We highly recommend this RV to others!
Ryan is very kind, the Rv has many amenities: bedding, kitchen items, toiletries , bug spray, flashlights, camping chairs, table, etc. and even s´mores! The videos he sent us on how everything works were very helpful. We would definitely rent from him again. And we highly recommend him.
