There is a 20' awning along the exterior, a drop frame pass-through storage to carry larger gear like camping chairs, outdoor tables, fishing poles and such, plus an outside kitchen to make a few meals. The inside is spacious with dual opposing slides in the main living and kitchen area, and the private bunkhouse has a slide out with a sofa sleeper and bunk above. There is a second bunk above an entertainment center that your guests will surely appreciate. You will have a queen bed in the front bedroom, and the full bathroom will keep everyone refreshed. The kitchen has full amenities, plus a kitchen island with a skylight for more natural lighting, a sofa sleeper and booth dinette. Blankets, pillows, sheets, 4 bath towels, 4 wash rags, and 4 hand towels included. 2 30# propane bottles, If you have any other questions, please fill free to ask. Jasons unit is a gem, with all the amenities you could want for a great vacation. One of the standout features of this rental is how clean and like-new it is. The trailer is immaculately maintained and has clearly been well-cared for. With three slides It's very roomy, with plenty of space to move around comfortably. The two air conditioning units works flawlessly and keeps the trailer nice and cool The refrigerator kept all our food cold and ice cream frozen without any issues. We loved the faux fireplace, it helped take the bite out of the air on some of the colder nights. The holding tanks are large enough and lasted the full 14 days for the two of us without running out of water or needing to empty the tanks!! The sleeping arrangement was very comfortable. The bed is cozy and provides a great night's sleep. One of the best surprises was the extra amenities that come with this rental. The cooking utensils and cleaning supplies are plentiful, which means you can cook and clean up even if you forgot to bring your own supplies. This unit offers one of the nicest cooking stove we had ever experienced in a travel trailer. it made cooking breakfast lunch and dinner a joy! We even took notice of the auto leveler the unit comes with making setup a breeze. The pickup and drop off was easy and stress-free, thanks to the fast communication and helpfulness from Jason! He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and we appreciated his attention to detail and care for their rental. Overall, we had a great experience renting this travel trailer and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped rental for their next vacation. Just remember to treat it like it's your own, so that future renters, yes US ;-) can enjoy it again just as much as you did!
