(queen bed, bunks and a dining table that converts to a bed) *Dry weight 3,385 (easily towable with a half ton truck or suv) *2 6V batteries that will run the lights for several days. *Heat and fridge run off of supplied propane tank. *30 amp service cord provided for hook up at campsites. *13' Awning with LED lights and outdoor speakers. *Single Axel *2 burner cooktop *Spacious fridge and freezer (6 cu ft) *Microwave *Electric Trailer Jack (for easy hook up) (During colder months, water/sewer may not be available for use depending on outside temperature and if the trailer has been winterized or not). What's included We dump both the black and grey tanks upon your return so you don't have to worry about it. That is included in the "prep fee". We also include: *RV Toilet Paper *Black tank/toilet treatment pods *Plates *Bowls *Cups Recommendations The state of Utah offers so many amazing outdoor adventures! You can check out state parks, hot springs or just camp off-grid! Other things to note *Bed linens available as an add on for $40/trip. *Extra propane available upon request for $25/tank. *A fee of $20 per tank will be charged upon return if propane tank(s) are not refilled (must bring receipt to show proof of refill). *A $60 cleaning fee will be charged upon return if not cleaned prior to return. *No Pets. *No Smoking. *No Festivals. *No Tailgating. A penalty fee will be charged in addition to the cleaning fee if pets, smoking, or any rules listed above are not adhered to. Fee will vary per incident.
