Hi, Welcome!! We have a 2022 Keystone Springdale trailer, ready for your family to make everlasting memories. Trailer features a queen bed, one bunk bed and a dinette that converts into a bed. We supply many essentials including: cooking supplies, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, Keurig & an outdoor rug! We have Solar! Generator is avail. for an additional charge(add on). We are located in the Central Valley, making travel convenient to many major destinations in Central & Northern California. Need delivery, we can provide that as well for an extra fee. Must ask prior to booking to see if delivery is available for your desired dates please. Guest must bring back our trailer how you received it. We provide sterilization wipes and a broom/dust pan. Guest must discard any trash. Thank you for helping us keep our trailer immaculate. Guest Must refill generator gas(if rented)& propane tank. Pets are allowed for an additional fee each night. Help us keep our trailer PET Friendly by not allowing pets on furniture. Sorry, NO Cats! 2022 Keystone Springdale Mini 1800BH w/Electric Tongue Jack & Hitch-Sway Bar, & Rear Camera. Sleeps 5-6(one queen bed, a bunk bed and dinette table that converts to a bed). A/C & outlets w/full hookups or generator, Heat powered by propane, Solar, shower, toilet, stove top, refrigerator. Generator can be provided with an additional fee. Guest must refill gas for generator or subject to being charged when returned. Fresh linens for queen bed are provided plus two kids size sleeping bags for the bunk beds. Four total pillows. Many along the coast to enjoy the cool breeze from the ocean. You can't beat the gorgeous breathtaking views and weather near the ocean. They are pet friendly as well, many have dog parks and playground areas for children to enjoy as well. Other things to note Policy & Rules: Pick Up 3:00 P.M. / Drop Off 11:00 A.M. We can deliver for an additional fee 1 (one) night minimum stay Must return trailer how guest received it. This includes dishes, empty all trash cans & sweep floors. Plus take all linens off of beds and make a pile please. Dust pan & broom are underneath queen bed. Min. Age: 25 yrs. old NO Smoking NO Festivals/tailgating NO CATS NO jumping on ANY furniture. When raining, windy & leaving your campsite guest MUST close awning.
