The RV will have to hook up essentials such as water and tank hoses, power surge protector, broom, folding chairs, cleaning supplies, dustpan & mop. Also, there's a small folding table. The 24 ft length is perfect! It makes it easy to feel confident in the driver's seat. I follow all Covid social distancing guidelines during pick up & drop off. I try to let the coach air out as long as possible between rentals and I ensure that it is thoroughly cleaned & disinfected from top to bottom. The towels and linen are laundered in hot water after each use as well. My motor home is rented out fully stocked for a family of 4. Minus the bedding. I will include a bottom sheet for each bed & 2 pillows for the main bed (if you do not want pillows Please let me know in advance). For an additional $10.00 I can supply 1 complete set of bedding: (full sheet set, pillowcases, blanket). FYI there are 2 queen beds (main bed, and bunk) and 1 full (transitional dinette seating./bed). I have found that sleeping bags work well. I can exchange regular bedding to double sleeping bags for all three sleeping areas.
