All you need to bring is a toothbrush! This 30foot concord is a dream! Our family of 5 has been enjoying this wonderful home on wheels and we hope you do to. The RV has 3 slide outs and an awning! It comes standard with a refrigerator, range, microwave, sink, indoor shower, outdoor shower, bathroom with sink, queen sized memory foam mattress, the dinette becomes a bed and the sofa folds down as well. We are fully stocked with board games, cards, dice, cups, plates, silverware, garbage bags, pots, pans, knives, hot pads, etc. The built in generator and inverter keep the RV running smoothly and the tank warmers keeps the floors nice and toasty!
