Great communication - before and after the rental. Explained the RV and the operations throughly . Very accommodating with drop shipments. Wonderful to work with. RV was flawless!

Do yourselves a favour and STAY AWAY. The RV looks and feels very old, not as described. We had problems with it throughout our whole trip. It doesn’t have back camera (it was not communicated to us before); the fridge doesn’t cool as it should (or as we’re used to from other RVs); and the worst of all- it has a HUGE problem with the water system- Whenever the water pump was on, water came from the toilet, meaning you couldn’t use the sink/shower. On our second day, the shower was flooded with yellow water, we had to pull aside and dump it otherwise the RV would have been flooded. On our third day, the toilet were flooded while driving (water pump was off). Not fun. We communicated it to the owner from the first day, they tried to help, and then said they will check it when they’re back home (they were in Ireland). Then, like everything happened was not enough, the engine warning light on the dashboard lit. At this point we said enough is enough and decided to shorten our trip and return the RV. When communicating all of this to the owner, we were blamed that all the issues the RV had were because of us. Now, Not only we were not compensated for it, for the nights we lost, for the huge aggravation, we also haven’t received a refund for those nights (we returned a non functional RV, the least you would expect is to get a refund for it). On a side note- on our last night we accidentally hit the vent’s plastic cover on the roof. We got a few quotes to fix it, the highest was 100$ (it’s a piece of plastic after all). The owner requested us to pay over 500$ to fix it. ———————————————————————————— And if this wasn’t enough- Listing accuracy - broken drawers that were glued with heavy masking tape, broken curtains, looks and feels very old. Not as described. No back camera. Pick Up experience - we had to pick the RV up from their garage, no one was there to give it to us and walk us through. I will say that even though the owners were in Ireland, they tried to be reachable and help us fix the above issues from afar. This is why they got two stars for commutation. On the other hand, they got only two stars, because things like the fact that there’s no back camera (super important) were not communicated to us. Cleanliness - the overall feel was that it wasn’t cleaned much before. The garbage was full, we had to clean it, the owner said that her sister forgot to clean it. The sheets didn’t smell or feel like they were pre washed. The blankets were heavy blankets that obviously weren’t washed and there were no sheets to put in between. One blanket was a bit stained. It was so disgusting so we slept with our clothes on and preferred not to use it (and the nights were cold..). Towels were on the shower’s floor (what’s the problem to put them nicely on the bed?). Utensils in the drawer were sticky so we washed them before use. RV was dirty from the outside. The fridge didn’t cool as expected, drawers were all full with the owners stuff so we didn’t have space to put cereals and stuff we bought for breakfast/dinner. We never had a worse experience with an RV. That’s it.

Overall the RV was a reasonable value for the cost, but was not in the same condition as shown in the listing. The backup camera was not functioning for the duration of the trip (not disclosed prior to departure) and the radio stopped working halfway through. Also it was not shared until pickup that we only could refuel with Premium gas or the check engine light would come on. The fridge and freezer never got cold enough and the AC was unable to cool the RV to a reasonable temperature (whether plugged in or when using the generator). Kristy and David were very communicative and helpful throughout the trip.
