Your Campsite Requirements: - Size: Must accommodate a minimum of a 39’ long trailer with slide-outs on both sides. - Electrical: 50 amp units recommended for optimal experience. With 50 amps, you can run both AC units and multiple high-power devices simultaneously. For 30 amp sites, you'll be limited to one AC unit and fewer high-power devices. - Sewer hookup: A $75 dump fee applies if your campsite does not supply sewer hookups on your campsite space. Important Rules: - No Smoking: This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, and vaping. - No Pets or Service Animals. - Sewer Hose: Do not unhook it; it will be set up and ready to use. - Toilet Paper Only: Only use RV toilet paper in the toilets. - Awning Use: While you are welcome to use the powered awnings, we advise against it. If you do choose to use them, please retract the awnings at sundown and avoid leaving them out overnight. Unexpected winds can arise at any time, potentially causing damage. Please note that any repairs due to awning damage will be the renter's responsibility and can be costly.
