For any and every hour after that it will be a $100 fee per hour. If we don't have another rental after you on the same day we are willing to work with you for a late return. Gray and black water tanks must be dumped before return or a $60 fee. Propane and gas tanks must be full upon return or the cost of gas as well as a $45 fee will be added
