There were a couple hiccups. Delivery not on day requested. This made placement of trailer wrong in space Paid extra for generator, because delivered early was left in trailer, had to get someone to set it up. Could not get propane to light. Couch was not secured to trailer walls, made into bed; unfortunately husband fell off as it collapsed. Never used water, propane or generator. Would have been nice to get some kind of refund for all the missteps.
Amazing experience! The RV was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our trip. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we felt prepared and comfortable, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches like extra supplies. Their communication was fantastic, and they were always quick to answer any questions. I can’t recommend them enough, if you’re looking for a stress-free rental with top-notch service, this is it!
