What's included We provide a full tank of gas, propane, and 1/4 tank of clean water ready for you when you come for pickup. All septic and dirty water tanks are fully empty when you start your trip. Other things to note Side note: Although we allow pets...we do ask a short collection of questions about your pet pending approval- so please privately message us if you would like your pet to be considered for this rental. Guests who do bring a pet will have a required $100 pet fee that we use for interior detailing and pet hair/odor removal. No Smoking
