Family camping bunk house trailer - beautiful trailer! Delivery only- no off road options. We will deliver it and set it up for you- no muss no fuss- easy camping experience! You book the campsite and show up for camping! Makes for easier travel and more time for fun with your family! Lovely kitchen with good counter space. Comes with basic utensils (all the same color to help keep things separated) for cooking, and serving on your trip! Cleaning supplies and toilet paper included! Lots of sleeping room- one queen bed, a bunk bed that has two full beds, a pull over couch and a dinette that converts to a sleeping space. Manufacturer says it sleeps ten but eight are very comfortable here. *Linen is not included so you will need to bring your own sheets/sleeping bags. Great for kids (sorry no pets or smoking). This trailer is fancy but family friendly with lots of space to stow your gear! Over head storage, closets, shoe rack, and under bunk storage (great place for kids to make a fort!) Outside awning with gentle lights. Central heating and air conditioning system is brand new and works to provide an amazing place to relax inside this beautiful trailer! When your trip is over we will meet you at your campsite and get you checked out to get you on the road back to home- we will process the trailer (empty the tanks- and refill the propane) so you don’t have to worry about any of the technical and mundane things of setting up and taking down the camp site! Just clean the inside and pack for home- we take care of the rest! What's included Rental includes cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Recommendations This is a great trailer for campground camping at the beach! Pismo beach, Ventura, and La Jolla are beautiful places year round! The mountains of Southern California provide amazing natural adventure opportunities such as hiking, lakes, rivers, and creeks! Southern California is full of history and camping in a trailer gives you a safe home base that allows you to leave the camp ground and go exploring! Other things to note This is a delivery only trailer- 100-200 mile radius (different delivery fees apply). No pets or smoking. No festivals or tailgating events. Bring your own linen. Kitchen utensils are included.

Great experience with Mitch. He was very helpful and accommodating. The trailer was great !! the kids had a blast and loved the bunks. Will become a family tradition for us.
Mitchell was such an easy host to work with. We used his RV to stay at the Famous Willow Springs Race facility in Rosamond CA and he made every effort to make our stay as easy and simple as possible. Communication and cleanliness we're so good it was a pleasant change from the average hotel/motel we often use for race days. If you are going to be at this track don't pass up an opertunty to stay in this beautiful trailer !
