This is a like new trailer still smells new. Very clean open layout. This trailer has a queen bed in the front, a couch that folds into a bed, a dinette that transforms into an additional bed, and a bunkhouse. This unit has a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, AC, and heater. What's included Toilet paper, Paper towels, paper plates, plastic silverware, plastic cups, basic pots/pans, and cooking utensils (cooking spoon, spatula, can opener) this unit also has a coffee pot. Basic cleaning supplies included. Recommendations Koa Chula Vista, koa vail lake, state beaches, camp land Other things to note This unit does not have sharp knives. You will need to bring your own.
