Fully Stocked Family Fun Travel Trailer

Fully stocked and ready for your next outdoor adventure! This is a light RV that can be easily towed by any truck or V6 SUV, but it is filled with amenities, like a larger fridge than you typically see in this size of trailer, 3-burner stove, microwave, and an oven. Sleeps 5: short-queen bed, 2 bunks, and table bed. It's taken our family to Yellowstone, Southern Utah deserts, hot springs, mountains, and everything in between. Pick up and drop off times are flexible, depending on our schedule. Feel free to ask! What's included Includes: - Sheets for the beds (you may want to bring some additional to supplement, like sleeping bags and pillows for kids) - Basic cleaning supplies & chemicals - Pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, and bowls - Hoses and attachments for emptying black and grey tanks - Leveling blocks - Two full propane tanks - TV and coax cable - Water hose for hooking up travel trailer to RV park water source - Extra hose for rinsing out black tank - Towing ball Recommendations What do you need to rent? - You will need a powerful enough vehicle to safely tow it. It has a dry weight of 2960 lbs. (Again, just about any truck or V6 SUV can tow it.) Other things to note Pets welcome! No festivals No smoking If you are short on time, we will also do the following upon your return. The cost of each of these will be taken out of your security deposit: - Fill up propane tanks ($10 + cost of propane) - Empty grey/black tanks ($40) - Clean the inside of the trailer ($40) What I ask: - Please treat this like it is your own--avoid tracking dirt in, get on your kid's case if he's jumping on the bed, normal responsible adult stuff. etc.
