Mandatory cleaning fee and prep fee: $160 Waste: Please also dump the black and grey waste tanks OR we can dump for you for $70. Bedding (ex. sheets, blankets, pillows) or kitchen cookware (pots, pans, utensils, spatulas etc.) are NOT provided. RV will be clean and with a full tank of gas. If returned without a full tank of gas, you will be charged an additional $7.00 per gallon from your deposit and propane will be charged $7.00 per gallon. OUT State Renters Please let me know when you’re coming out state I could provide bedding, kitchen utensils and camping gear like BBQ and chairs and coolers for additional cost.
