We had a great time in our RV. The RV was switched out the day before pickup due to mechanical issues and there were some issues on the RV Share side of things - transferring insurance, etc., but Minasse was very responsive and did everything he could to work it out, staying in touch the entire time. The new RV was very comparable and exactly what we had in mind. It was clean and had everything we needed for 9 days on the road. The videos he sent a head of time were very helpful, especially since this was our first time renting (or even driving) an RV. Great experience and turned us into people who love to RV! Thank you!
Overall great experience with this RV. We drove from Las Vegas to Lone Pine, CA, and the RV did great. The listing was accurate and the RV was very clean when we picked it up. We had a little difficulty picking up the RV because of a change in the shuttles at LAS but in the end, it wasn't a huge ordeal. The host was very responsive and helpful when texted. The amenities of the RV were great. The RV drove great and the overall value and experience were excellent.
