Our family RV sleeps the 6 of us very comfortably. It has all the amenities of home with the ability to go most anywhere. There’s several TV’s, indoor & outdoor showers, AC & heater. The RV is fully functional & extremely clean with zero issues. What's included Basically like an air B&B well have bedding, kitchen ware and a few outdoor chairs and bathroom essentials. Recommendations Most anywhere in Southern California is a sure bet. The beaches are our favorite. Kern river is awesome as well. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking! Deposit will not be returned. No pets of any kind please. Burning Man festival $10,000 full festival dates $2000 deposit
