This is our first time renting an RV and our family trip was amazing due to the great care of the RV. It was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. We were able to use 4 areas of the RV as sleeping spaces and slept comfortably with 6 adults, one child, and a small dog. The RV drove great and didn’t have any issues. We only had a small problem with the radio screen but after texting James he replied promptly and told us how to reset the screen. We never had a problem with the screen after that. Upon picking up the RV, it had a full gas tank, plenty of kitchen supplies, pillows, and blankets. James let us do a walk thru of the RV and he provided a check list of how to extended the RV, turn on/off the generator, and use the auto self leveling system. We are planning on renting again from James due to his friendliness, and all the information he had to offer. Very great host and we would definitely recommend this RV!
This RV was perfect for Camp EDC and our group of 8. We have done RV camping many times and this was the best experience by far. The RV drives very well and has a lot of safety features and cameras to help while driving and really drives easy like a regular truck. The RV has a really strong AC system and a full-sized refrigerator and freezer which is really important for camping in hot Las Vegas, we were always nice and cold with frozen drinks and cold food. The slide for the RV and sleeping arrangements were great for a group of 8 and we had plenty of space in the RV to walk around and for storage for our luggage and our things. We each had our own sections, closets, and drawers and had extra storage for our communal items. The RV was very spacious and could potentially fit more people if needed. The RV has a large gray water tank so we’re were able to use the sinks and showers as needed. The black water tank was a little smaller so we had to get it emptied after 2 days or it would get clogged from the toilet paper, not sure if it was the toilet paper brand or maybe people used too much but definitely would recommend throwing all toilet paper in the trash can to prevent any possibility of getting clogged in the pipes. Other than that the RV was perfect and would love to rent again in the future for EDC or another camping experience. James was always very helpful and responsive and answered any and all questions we had. If we needed anything he would respond within an hour and would be very detailed. He was also very understanding and patient with our group and improved our entire experience. Would recommend this RV for any camping trip and for Camp EDC! Thank you!!
