All of these amazing places are family friendly and so beautiful. Other things to note • Trailer must be returned in the same CLEAN condition as picked up. If you do not want to clean, we can for $250 additional fee but this does NOT include emptying of black/gray tanks. • Black & Gray tanks MUST be emptied before return, no exceptions. • IF specific RV toilet paper provided is not used and Clog is found, will be charged $200 fee, no exceptions. • All items and tools must be returned in same condition/stays with trailer. • Power-Surge Protector is new and when in use must be secured with the provided locking cord to prevent against common theft. • Damages and/or pet messes MUST be addressed and reported so the following occupants can enjoy the trailer in its full capacity. ($200 Fee will be added if not reported or found). • BATTERIES must stay charged! We have a solar panel hookup but you are responsible for keeping charged. • All dogs must be potty-trained. NOT allowed on furniture and/or beds.
