Provider's site description, as published: 50+ feet of concrete ribbon driveway. Long enough for a big rig and a towed vehicle. Each site includes Wi-Fi, city water and sewer and 40 channels of television programming. Large concrete patio for cookouts, patio furniture, boat, golf cart or extra vehicles. Property has lots of large wind-swept oak trees. Five minute walk to Fulton Beach Road and the Aransas Bay waterfront. Half-mile to downtown Fulton shopping, marina, entertainment and restaurants. Three miles to Rockport Beach.
