Provider's site description, as published: The Caddo Mobile Home is a three bedroom, 2 bathroom redecorated home around the corner and within a short walking distance of the RV park on Big Cypress Bayou where you can drop a line and fish from the docks or launch your boat at the boat ramp. Two bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds and one bedroom has bunk beds, so there are beds for 6 people. If you have a large crowd – a group of fishermen, perhaps – up to 5 more people can sleep in the living room on these furniture pieces that lay completely flat: Couch, love seat, recliner. The two full bathrooms have walk-in showers. Unlimited Wifi is provided, and the cabin has a "Smart" TV for your convenience in accessing all of your personal streaming outlets. It does not have cable or satellite TV.. The cabin comes complete with a full-sized kitchen which includes refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker. Bed linens, pillows and towels are not furnished. All cooking and eating utensils are furnished. A deck is just outside the front door, and the charcoal grill, picnic table and fire pit are in the yard below. This cabin is suited for large families or groups of friends. Visitors, parties, reunions or other gatherings may be allowed with prior approval. Minimum bookings: Weekends 2 nights; Holidays 3 nights. No pets or smoking allowed.

Does a length limit mean my RV fits?
No. It means your RV is within the listed length limit. Slide-out room, turning clearance and overhanging trees aren't published; ask the park if you're close to the limit.
