Provider's site description, as published: ~ NO PETS ~ Kick back at this unique and tranquil getaway! This brand new cottage features all the comforts of home, including full kitchen, living room with electric fireplace, comfy beds (king in the master & queen in the loft) and private outdoor eating & lounge area with private propane fire pit. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, blender & microwave. Henderson Haven is equipped with AC/heat, Wi-Fi, and 3 smart tv's. Outside the cottage you’ll find loads of private amenities including: picnic table/umbrella, lounging furniture, propane firepit, + AMAZING views. Guests have access to the resort’s beautiful saltwater pool (seasonal), hot tub, large patio areas, pickleball courts, laundry, showers, playground/picnic area, dog park, and walking trails. Note: Clubhouse kitchen, fitness center, and indoor gathering areas are accessible by owners only. No weed smoking on the property or at the resort. No cigarettes smoking/vaping inside. Only registered guests (4 max) are allowed to stay over, and all guest's visitors must be registered and leave by 9pm. NO PETS; NO PERSONAL BBQs. 2 cars max allowed to park. Minimum cancellation fee is a $20 admin fee. Checkout time is 11am to allow for housekeeping. A $50 fee will be charged if checkout is not by 11am, and an additional $50 fee for each 30 minutes after 11:30am. BY CLICKING "Place Order", YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.
How booking and saving work
You finish booking on the park's reservation website (campspot.com). Adding a site to your trip saves it, with your dates, so you can compare and come back; it doesn't reserve anything. Book the campsite, RV and activities separately with each provider.
Does a length limit mean my RV fits?
No. It means your RV is within the listed length limit. Slide-out room, turning clearance and overhanging trees aren't published; ask the park if you're close to the limit.
