Available Nov 13–15 · 2 nights2 sites open for every nightA forested campground near trout fishing, and hiking. Most campsites have no hookups.
Perched roughly a half-mile uphill from the Dalton Highway at Milepost 115, Arctic Circle Campground sits on a mixed-forest hillside that was fully renovated in 2021 and offers views across nearby hills toward the Kanuti Flats. The BLM manages this small, first-come/first-served facility of 18 campsites 16 that accommodate both RVs and tents and two walk-in, tent-only sites where each site includes a picnic table and fire ring.

Length limits vary by campsite.

“Sites are spacious and the vistas were awesome.”
Christine B ★ 5 · Oct 2025Love love love this campground. Every site has space. We didn’t use the restrooms but someone told me they were clean. Peaceful. I would go back.
Sarah H ★ 5 · Sep 2025It was my husband's dream to spend the night above the Artic Circle, so we did. This campground is very easy to located but you have to drive back a ways to located the actual camping spaces. Sites are spacious and the vistas were awesome. A black bear greeted us when we drove in, such a treat! Of the 20 or so spaces available, it was us and one other camper.
