5 on the Richardson Highway beside the Gulkana River, and though the broader site is known for a cluster of river access points, this particular managed area contains a single campsite that accommodates both RVs and tents. All use at the site is first-come, first-served; there are no staffed rangers on site, and general information is available by calling (907) 822-3217.
