Great location for visiting Huntsville area and attractions. We stayed in the old section, which was wooded and sites only had water and electricity, which was fine, as we were only there for three days. For the first night there was only one other RV and for the remaining nights, there were less than four other campers. Basically, we had the place to ourselves.

Nice sites, reasonable level. Full hook up. Safe feeling. It would have been nice if the sites were a little wider. Once we put the steps down, the last step was going off the slope. They pick up trash at the site and have security that patrols. We did not use the bath house or restroom because it was a drive away from the new section with full hook ups. The older section without sewer hookup is in a nice wooded area.

This campsite is ok for an overnight stay or for a few nights. No amenities, no patios or pads, and mostly narrow crowned parking spaces for your rig. A lot of the sites were in fill areas and were narrow and not level. I had to pull up and back in several times to get our rig somewhat level before leveling unit. Our entrance steps landed on a downward slope with no place to really put chairs or a grill. There were sites that were on natural ground level that were wider and more level. This Campground appears to be an after thought to support their Marina and is not really a vacation destination. We were only there to visit relatives for a few days, so we weren't at trailer much, so ok for a few nights stay.
