Burchfield Branch Park sits on the forested shore of Holt Lake along the Black Warrior Tombigbee Waterway, northeast of Tuscaloosa and within easy driving distance of the Birmingham area. The shoreline here is lined with hardwoods that put on clear fall color, and the shallow banks make for easy swimming, shoreline fishing and family-friendly picnicking.

“Was there on a Monday night and stayed in one of the sites along the river. Was a great site and being a Monday - off season I had no neighbors. The show house is in the upper campground was clean, well lite, and shower was hot.”
