Provider's site description, as published: For reservations longer than 30 days, please call us at (623)-253-7560 One of our Short-Term Deluxe sites, (#17), can accommodate RV’s up to 45’ long and has a large concrete patio. Another short-term site, (#16, pictured) Can accommodate 40' more comfortably. Our third Short-Term site, (#40) has a shorter concrete patio but can still fit a 34' unit. Sites are surrounded with grass and most have trees for shade. Have 30/50 Amp, water and sewer, Free WiFi that actually works and access to onsite laundry, showers and mailboxes. NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW RV's THAT ARE OLDER THAN 15 YEARS IN OUR PARK. RESERVATIONS FOR THESE OLDER VEHICLES MADE WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION WILL BE DENIED WITHOUT REFUND.
