Provider's site description, as published: For reservations longer than 29 days, please call us at (623)-253-7560. Our Large Premium sites can accommodate RV's up to 40' and have a large concrete pad. All sites are surrounded with grass and most of them are shaded with trees. Have 30/50 Amp, water and sewer, Free WiFi that actually works and access to onsite laundry, showers and mailboxes. NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW RV's THAT ARE OLDER THAN 15 YEARS IN OUR PARK. RESERVATIONS FOR THESE OLDER VEHICLES MADE WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION WILL BE DENIED WITHOUT REFUND.
