Camping at Lost Creek Group near Mineral

Lost Creek Group Campground sits at about 5,700 feet on the main park road roughly five miles south of Manzanita Lake, placing you close to the Lost Creek and Devastated areas and within easy driving distance of the park's principal trails and attractions. The site is shaded by large ponderosa pines and framed by the same volcanic landscape that defines Lassen Volcanic National Park jagged domes, steam vents and mud pots are part of the wider neighborhood, and the park supports a surprising diversity of life (roughly 700 species of flowering plants and about 250 vertebrate species across the park).
