Available Nov 13–15 · 2 nights4 sites open for every nightA forested campground near trout fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. Most campsites have no hookups, and RV fit varies by site.
Bumblebee Campground sits at about 2,200 feet beside Bumblebee Creek and a short walk from the Little North Fork Coeur d'Alene River, placing you in a meadowed, creekside setting well suited to anglers and folks who want easy river access. The site is reached from Interstate 90 via the Kingston exit and a short drive on Forest Road 9 and the Bumblebee cutoff to Forest Road 796; once there the campground splits into two loops (single sites are on the right-hand loop, the group loop on the left).

Length limits vary by campsite.

“Great site, I did not know there would be zero cell service. Need it for All trails hiking, emergency, etc. cooking grate was broken. ”
“Nice and remote campground, bathrooms were very clean, water was far away, but spots were very nice and clean. ”
“Very overgrown. The whole campground needs a clean up after what looks like storm damage. Though it’s named Bumblebee, way too many yellow jackets - hang some traps. ”

Months with fewer than 30 reservations of that kind are left blank. Sites where nearly every booking was made the day of arrival (pay on arrival) are left out. Closed seasons, windows not yet released for booking, and currently unavailable nights are separate from this history.
Based on Recreation.gov reservations, FY2015–2025 (1,670 reservations in the years scored). Counts reservations made, not nights actually camped: cancellations aren't in the data, and nights a site was closed count as not booked. FY2020–21 (COVID) are left out of the scores.
