About this campground
Cold Springs Campground sits at about 3,878 feet on the west side of State Highway 55 along the North Fork of the Payette River, roughly 41 miles north of Boise and just past the small community of Banks. The canyon here is forested with a mix of ponderosa and lodgepole pines, and most of the single campsite is shaded by the trees.
