Shagbark Group Area is a single, large group campsite tucked into the back portion of the North Sandusky Campground on Rend Lake's shore. The site occupies a mature forest setting where deer and wild turkey commonly move through the trees, and it opens onto the lake landscape that supports boat ramps, beaches, picnic sites and miles of trails across the park's mix of fields, forest and water.
