Available Nov 13–15 · 2 nights1 site open for every nightA forested campground near fishing, and hiking. RV fit varies by site.
The campground is geared to anglers and boaters but has enough variety for families and day visitors: there's a boat launch with an adjacent fish-cleaning house, a small sandy swim beach, a playground, and five picnic areas. 5 miles of hiking trails wind through the campground, and an on-site store stocks basics like firewood, bait, bug spray and snacks.

Length limits vary by campsite.
Some sites have no hookups.

“Terry and Jeff are outstanding hosts! They are completely focused on the safety and enjoyment of the campers. They, and their people, keep the campground, clean, quiet, and comfortable.”
“The little store there was never open. The camp host couldn't tell us where a dump station was to drain our black & gray water. What good is a host if they can't give information. Camping was great & the lake was beautiful. Will go again, but do my research ahead of time.”

Months with fewer than 30 reservations of that kind are left blank. Sites where nearly every booking was made the day of arrival (pay on arrival) are left out. Closed seasons, windows not yet released for booking, and currently unavailable nights are separate from this history.
Based on Recreation.gov reservations, FY2015–2025 (5,017 reservations in the years scored). Counts reservations made, not nights actually camped: cancellations aren't in the data, and nights a site was closed count as not booked. FY2020–21 (COVID) are left out of the scores.
