“Very cool camo ground. We had a lake side spot which was nice to be close to the water . Bathrooms were very clean . Only complaint was the loud train constantly coming by and the fighter jets were out too so that was loud as well . ”
“While the campground itself was beautiful we were slightly dissapointed as our walkway to the lake from our site was long grass and very muddy so was inaccessible but could have been from the amount of rain we recently got overall beautiful site with no cell phone reception 😀 ”
“Simple, Quiet and Peaceful. What more could you want? Lake and waters are high due to flooding this year but the mosquitoes weren't horrible. Bathrooms were clean and sites well tended. We love this gem of the Superior NF and will be back!”

Months with fewer than 30 reservations of that kind are left blank. Sites where nearly every booking was made the day of arrival (pay on arrival) are left out. Closed seasons, windows not yet released for booking, and currently unavailable nights are separate from this history.
Based on Recreation.gov reservations, FY2015–2025 (1,279 reservations in the years scored). Counts reservations made, not nights actually camped: cancellations aren't in the data, and nights a site was closed count as not booked. FY2020–21 (COVID) are left out of the scores.
