Available Nov 13–15 · 2 nights8 sites open for every nightA forested campground near fishing, and hiking. RV fit varies by site.
The campground is a practical base for a wide range of outdoor pursuits across the Kaw Lake recreation area: hiking the roughly 12-mile Eagle View Trail that begins here and leads to Burbank Landing, riding the adjacent Five Fingers Equestrian Trail toward Sarge Creek, boating, wildlife viewing, picnicking and general camping. Hunters and birders will find seasonal opportunities across the region deer, turkey, quail, rabbit and squirrel are present, fall draws migrating ducks and geese, and Kaw Lake is one of Oklahoma's larger wintering concentrations of bald eagles with peak viewing shortly after the new year through January.

Months with fewer than 30 reservations of that kind are left blank. Sites where nearly every booking was made the day of arrival (pay on arrival) are left out. Closed seasons, windows not yet released for booking, and currently unavailable nights are separate from this history.
Based on Recreation.gov reservations, FY2015–2025 (15,382 reservations in the years scored). Counts reservations made, not nights actually camped: cancellations aren't in the data, and nights a site was closed count as not booked. FY2020–21 (COVID) are left out of the scores.
